lloydstsb are really bugging me

Citizens advice have written to them telling them of my injuries and requesting they freeze interest etc. They have seen the consultants letter. Yet the still have an automated system phoning me up to 8 times a day, mobile and land line, leaving the same message. I guess it might be that it's just not been unprogrammed from the robots, I'll email them now...
