Come and go as i please?

This luxury, which i have yet to experience since the adjustment is hopefully a significant step closer today. After a shocking amount of council red tape, anchor staying put at home turned up today, saying they'll start tomorrow morning.. It's quite a big job so they need 2 days of good weather, fingers crossed..
